Direct Support Professionals Advisory Council Announcement

A huge congratulations to our very own Kelley Shepherd for becoming an official member of the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals Advisory Council!

Kelley has been with Mainstay Life Services since 2011 and has been a key player in building relationships with the individuals we support. She has gone above and beyond to advocate for the individuals we work with by assisting them in adjusting to their new living situation and recognizing their unique abilities and personalities.

Kelley has an incredible, natural ability to make people feel comfortable and acknowledged, and goes out of her way to not only get to know the people she supports, but also to find out what interests and motivates them. She always makes a special effort to recognize their everyday accomplishments.

Her fantastic attitude, skill, thoughtfulness, and patience have been key attributes to her success in the field and with Mainstay.

We’re so proud to have Kelley on our team and we can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make on the Direct Support Professionals Advisory Council!
